2012 Young Writers Summer Camps
The University of Illinois Writing Project will sponsor writing camps again this summer:
Elementary Camp: Monday, June 11 to Friday, June 15, 9:00 to 3:00, lunch included
Is your elementary student interested in writing? Would you like your
student to receive individualized attention from highly qualified teachers?

This camp provides an enrichment opportunity for young writers.
Students will learn how to write in a variety of genres including:
Poetry/poetry Workshop ¬ Fairytales ¬ Plays ¬ Comic Strip Writing
¬Practical Writing ¬ Response to Literature
2011 Campers are welcome to re-apply. The camp will feature new activities.
Tuition is $400. Scholarships are available to those who qualify.
Location: Booker T. Washington Elementary School
Secondary Camp: Monday, August 6 to Friday, August 10, 10:00 to 2:00, lunch included

you like to learn new techniques and experiment with fun, cutting
edge technology?
